By merging visual art and music, he invites listeners to engage with sound not just as a backdrop but as an immersive experience that provokes thought and emotion. His work has influenced how contemporary artists conceive of sound installations and live performances, drawing attention to the relationship between technology and sensory perception. Employing a blend of digital manipulation and minimalist composition, Noto crafts intricate sonic textures that often feel both organic and synthetic. His approach leverages the full spectrum of electronic sounds while carefully controlling dynamics and pacing, leading to a refined tension between the expected and the unexpected. This innovative process creates a space where minimalism meets complexity, allowing listeners to become acutely aware of each layered sound. Lyrically, Noto may not focus on traditional storytelling but instead emphasizes abstract concepts that evoke introspection and emotional resonance. His work often navigates themes of memory, perception, and the interplay between silence and noise, delivered through a voice that prioritizes atmosphere over narrative clarity. This impressionistic style encourages personal interpretation, inviting listeners to project their own experiences onto the soundscapes.
