About Obús

Obús matters for its role in shaping the hard rock scene, particularly within a cultural landscape that craved both rebellion and authenticity.

With their raw energy and powerful performances, they became emblematic of a generation's desire to assert itself against mainstream norms, resonating with fans who found solace in their defiance and unfiltered expression. The band's approach is characterized by a no-holds-barred attitude that emphasizes spontaneity and an electric live presence, where each performance feels like a call to arms. This immediacy draws listeners into a communal experience, as the music becomes a shared rallying point rather than mere entertainment. Their sonic palette is dense, layered with aggressive guitar riffs and driving rhythms that compel movement and engagement. Lyrically, Obús often explores themes of struggle, freedom, and rebellion, weaving narratives that reflect both personal and collective experiences of discontent. Their writing balances sincerity with an ironical edge, crafting stories that resonate on multiple levels while maintaining a relatable voice. This duality allows listeners to feel both the weight of the struggle and the thrill of liberation.
