About Taco

Taco stands out for his ability to infuse nostalgia into contemporary pop, transforming the familiar sounds of new wave into a canvas for modern expression.

By reviving elements from past decades with a fresh twist, he opens up a dialogue about memory and identity that resonates with listeners seeking both comfort and innovation in their musical experiences. His approach often combines polished production with a keen sense of melody, effectively bridging the gap between retro influences and current sensibilities. This blend creates a sound that feels simultaneously timeless and relevant, allowing audiences to feel a sense of connection to both the past and present in each track. In his songwriting, Taco frequently explores themes of love, longing, and existential reflection through a lens of irony and sincerity. His voice carries a playful yet thoughtful tone, weaving narratives that draw listeners in while also leaving room for personal interpretation. This mix encourages engagement on an emotional level, inviting the audience to reflect on their own experiences alongside his storytelling.
