His music resonates with a global audience, bridging cultural divides and showcasing the infectious energy of Nigerian soundscapes, making them danceable anthems that invite listeners to celebrate and connect. Approaching music through a lens of innovation, Tekno weaves intricate melodies with pulsating beats, often using electronic elements alongside traditional instrumentation. This fusion not only energizes the dance floor but also creates a sonic space that feels fresh and accessible, encouraging a playful exploration of rhythm and groove. His live performances further amplify this connection, transforming each show into a communal celebration where movement is paramount. In his songwriting, Tekno frequently draws from personal experiences, weaving narratives of love, desire, and ambition with a conversational tone that feels both relatable and intimate. He employs irony at times to juxtapose lighthearted themes with deeper emotions, creating a compelling tension that invites reflection while still being irresistibly catchy. The blend of storytelling with impressionistic imagery allows for a layered listening experience that resonates on multiple levels.
