About Turnover

Turnover matters not just for their sound, but for the emotional landscapes they navigate within the indie rock sphere.

They carve out space for introspection and vulnerability, reshaping how audiences engage with themes of youth, love, and heartbreak.

They carve out space for introspection and vulnerability, reshaping how audiences engage with themes of youth, love, and heartbreak. This resonance has transformed live settings into cathartic experiences where shared emotions foster a sense of community among listeners. Their approach blends melodic sensibility with an open-hearted sincerity, often embracing a more reflective tone that invites listeners to explore their own feelings. By incorporating elements of shoegaze and dream pop into their arrangements, Turnover crafts immersive sonic atmospheres that feel both expansive and intimate, allowing for a deeper connection to the music itself. Lyrically, Turnover frequently explores themes of longing and self-discovery, employing a storytelling style that balances earnestness with moments of introspective irony. Their writing thrives on painting vivid impressions rather than straightforward narratives, evoking a sense of nostalgia while also addressing the complexities of personal growth.
