Their music resonates deeply with a generation grappling with mental health issues, substance abuse, and existential dread, giving voice to experiences that are too often stigmatized. They have carved a niche that not only reflects their personal trials but also champions a communal catharsis for listeners who feel unseen in mainstream narratives. The duo’s approach is marked by an unrelenting honesty and a DIY ethos that challenges conventional production standards in hip-hop. They fuse gritty beats with haunting samples, creating an atmospheric backdrop that is both abrasive and introspective. Their work often embraces a balancing act between manic energy and moments of chilling stillness, signifying a broader commentary on the highs and lows of life itself.
