What makes Da Capo by Ace of Base notable?

The album's lead single, 'Beautiful Morning', became a notable hit across Europe, helping to revitalize the group's presence in the music industry. Although it did not achieve the same commercial success as their earlier works, 'Da Capo' showcased a shift in their musical direction, merging traditional pop elements with contemporary influences. By the time 'Da Capo' was released in 2002, Ace of Base was transitioning from their early '90s superstardom to a more mature sound. This album followed their previous release, 'Flowers', and marked their return after years of relative quiet in the mainstream pop scene.
