What makes Electric High by Elliot Minor notable?

The album showcases Elliot Minor's exploration of electronic influences which was somewhat novel for rock bands at the time. It received positive reviews and contributed to the rise of the chiptune genre within mainstream rock music, influencing subsequent bands looking to blend digital sounds with traditional instrumentation. Electric High is Elliot Minor's second studio album, following their self-titled debut in 2007.
