What makes Little Boots by Little Boots notable?

The EP gained critical acclaim, particularly for its innovative use of technology in music production and performance, including the use of a Tenori-on—a digital musical instrument. It also helped establish Little Boots as a significant player in the electropop genre during the late 2000s, influencing subsequent artists within the scene. Little Boots, the stage name of Victoria Hesketh, released this self-titled EP in early 2009 following her initial breakout single 'Stuck on Repeat' in 2008.
