What makes Sideways by Men Without Hats notable?

Released in 1991, 'Sideways' was Men Without Hats' fourth studio album, following their 1989 effort 'Pop Goes the World.' At this point, the band was navigating a shift in musical landscape as they transitioned from their early synth-pop roots to more rock-oriented sounds. This album reflects their experimentation with diverse styles while maintaining their distinctive lyrical playfulness.
