What makes Together by Reef notable?

This album marked a return for Reef after a hiatus, receiving mixed reviews yet solidifying their presence in the alternative rock landscape. It included the hit single 'Place Your Hands', which became an anthem for many and contributed to Reef's enduring legacy within the genre. In 2003, Reef was transitioning from their breakthrough success with their album 'Glow' (1997) to re-establishing their sound after several years without a new release. 'Together' served as their fourth studio album, aiming to recapture their earlier momentum in the UK music scene while introducing fresh elements to their style.
