By embracing vulnerability in his lyrics and boldly addressing themes of identity, mental health, and existential musings, he has carved out a space that resonates with listeners seeking authenticity over bravado. This subversion of genre norms encourages a broader acceptance of emotional expression within hip-hop culture. His approach is marked by a blend of introspective storytelling and playful experimentation, often incorporating elements from outside the typical hip-hop framework. 100s navigates soundscapes that are both grounded and abstract, using inventive production choices to complement his candid lyricism. This innovative technique not only showcases his versatility but also invites listeners into a more nuanced exploration of the human experience, pushing the boundaries of what hip-hop can convey. Thematically, 100s often delves into the complexities of self-discovery, questioning societal expectations while maintaining an unguarded tone. His writing fluctuates between sincerity and irony, employing vivid imagery that evokes feeling rather than mere narrative. This duality allows for a rich listening experience where emotions resonate deeply, creating an intimate connection with audiences who relate to his journey.
