The band’s process often revolves around a fluid interplay between instrumental prowess and lyrical expression. By incorporating elements of jazz improvisation with the energy of rock, they create an atmosphere that encourages spontaneous musical conversation, pushing each member to explore their creative boundaries in real-time performances. This dynamic not only energizes their live shows but also offers a fresh perspective on studio recordings.
Lyrically, they frequently delve into themes of existentialism and introspection, weaving stories that resonate emotionally while maintaining an air of complexity. Their writing often strikes a balance between sincerity and irony, fostering a connection with listeners through relatable narratives layered with jazz-inflected nuances. This storytelling approach allows for an immersive experience where each song feels like a journey rather than just an auditory encounter.
