Her music serves as a mirror to the complexities of identity and belonging, inviting listeners into spaces where vulnerability meets strength, often reflecting broader societal themes through an intimate lens. Chakraborty's approach is marked by a blend of traditional and modern influences, using her solo platform to explore both the intricacies of her heritage and the universal experiences of love and loss. By embracing a DIY ethos, she crafts each piece with deliberate care, allowing for a raw authenticity that connects with audiences on multiple emotional levels. This innovative process empowers her to mold her soundscape, making it both personal and relatable. In her songwriting, Chakraborty often explores themes of self-discovery and cultural identity, weaving stories that balance sincerity with introspection. Her voice carries a warmth that feels like a conversation with a close friend while maintaining an observational distance that allows listeners to reflect on their own experiences.
