His work has influenced how music is integrated into visual media, transforming the listening experience into something more profound and immersive. By crafting pieces that often feel like soundtracks to unmade films, he invites audiences to connect with their own narratives, making each track a vessel for personal reflection. Bergersen’s approach centers on building emotionally charged atmospheres through rich orchestration and layered harmonies. He deftly blends orchestral elements with electronic textures, creating a sonic environment that feels both timeless and contemporary. His meticulous production techniques elevate the grandeur of his compositions, allowing them to swell and recede dramatically, which keeps the listener engaged from start to finish. Thematically, Bergersen often explores concepts of hope, adventure, and introspection. His writing tends to lean toward the epic and the transcendent, utilizing anthemic melodies that inspire a sense of wonder while remaining grounded in relatable emotions. He crafts his narratives impressionistically, allowing room for interpretation rather than dictating a single storyline, which enhances the universality of his music.
