Their music resonates particularly with a generation navigating anxiety and self-discovery, serving as both a soundtrack and a source of solace during tumultuous times.
Their music resonates particularly with a generation navigating anxiety and self-discovery, serving as both a soundtrack and a source of solace during tumultuous times. By infusing traditional pop-punk elements with nuanced emotional storytelling, they have created anthems that foster connection among listeners seeking both escapism and understanding. The band's approach to songwriting embraces a blend of energy and vulnerability, utilizing an infectious sense of rhythm and melody that invites listeners to engage physically and emotionally. They balance the raw intensity typical of their genre with thoughtful arrangements, allowing for moments of reflection amid the driving beats. This dynamic encourages a participatory experience during live performances, where fans are not just spectators but integral parts of the musical dialogue. Lyrically, With Confidence often explores themes of personal struggle, resilience, and the complexities of young adulthood, employing a candid tone that mixes sincerity with irony. Their storytelling approach is impressionistic at times, creating vivid snapshots of feelings and experiences rather than linear narratives; this allows listeners to find their own meanings in the songs.
