Her approach is marked by a meticulous blend of authenticity and introspection. Arefieva often employs traditional instruments alongside her haunting vocals, creating a soundscape that feels both familiar and refreshingly new. This careful construction allows her to draw out the emotional weight of her material, turning each performance into an intimate experience that feels like a conversation rather than a presentation. In her songwriting, Arefieva frequently explores themes of love, loss, and the complexities of human relationships.
